HDR Real Estate Photography:

Elite Real Estate Photography offers interior/exterior HDR photography from our DSLR cameras. HDR, high dynamic range, captures multiple images at once that are then meticulously hand blended in Photoshop. The resulting image will stand out like no other. Wide angle lenses are used to make sure as much of a room or area is captured without creating image distortion.

Images are delivered in two file sizes: MLS resolution for web use, and High resolution for use when creating print outs, magazine ads, or flyers.

Fly-Through Video Tours:

Fly-Through Video Tours offer a dynamic way to showcase a home without ever stepping foot inside. This is especially helpful for buyers who are out of state or out of country.

Aerial Photo/Cinematography:

Our drone pilots are licensed by the FAA and have over 20 years of model aircraft experience. This not only means that we are legal to fly, but also extremely skilled with our drones. Getting the perfect shot is a breeze when the right pilot is behind the controls.

We do not use low quality drones which yield poor image quality and shaky video. Instead, we fly the most advanced drones to give the greatest photo/video quality possible. Unlike our competitors, our aerial photos can be enlarged for full sized prints and still show fine detail.

Virtual Twilight Photography: 2 Exterior images taken during the daytime shoot are digitally edited and enhanced to recreate a vibrant nightscape. Cost effective eye-grabber!

Traditional Twilight Photography: 4-6 Photos are taken during twilight hours. Most accurate & natural way to show landscape lighting.

Community Photos: 5 Images are taken of the front entrance, guard gate, clubhouse, tennis courts, and pool area. Great way to give prospective buyers a feel of the community.
